
Meat patties I made on my Instagram stories yesterday turned out amazing. They were moist and stuck together using @manischewitzco Matza meal for the binder. So easy to make. 500g makes 6 good sized patties

1 lbs lean ground meat (regular sized package)
1 egg
1 tsp garlic
2 Tbsp Matza meal
1 Tbsp ketchup

Combine ingredients with meat and form into Pattie’s. Lay onto cookie sheet and baste with tsp of ketchup on each patty. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Turn Pattie’s. Baste again and cook that side for additional 20 minutes. If you want a more well done patty, cook each for an extra 5 minutes on each side.
