Cut salami (not all the way down) into thin slices, leaving a bit attached at the bottom (as seen in above video). Place in bottom of air fryer and set to French fry setting. This will bake the salami for 15 minutes at 200C. Take out and pull apart the slices to see if your meat is cooked to desired “crispiness”. If not, reinsert in air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy!
